Claire was an excellent host for us, and reacted promptly at each of our requests, including two extra babybeds and exchanging the dishwasher during our stay.The house is extremely well located and surprisingly quiet. Immediate vicinity to a bakery and supermarket made it even better. It was perfect for a group of our size, 8 adults and 4 kids 2-12 years. Many thanks to ClairePublié sur Airbnb
Geraldine56 days agoVilla Terra is a great place to stay in the bustling heart of Cannes, close to the Croisette, but very quiet and tucked away. It's perfect for a large group - we were there with our family of four children and two grandchildren - because all the bedrooms are spacious and come with en suite bathrooms. The bed linen is high quality. The towels were lovely and soft. There's masses of wardrobe space and (useful if you're there for an event, as we were) they have mirrored doors so everyone can get dressed to go out comfortably.The communal living-dining room has very high ceilings and a dramatic stone wall. It's large enough for a full house to gather without feeling crammed. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of glasses and crockery for everyone.There were very nice touches - a bag of lavender left on the towels - and everyone felt immediately at home. Claire was an excellent host who was very clear and communicated in a very helpful and friendly manner. All great.Publié sur Airbnb
Canyons Escape65 days agoOur family had an absolutely wonderful 11-night stay at this beautiful villa in the heart of Cannes. The location simply couldn’t have been better—it was the perfect home base for exploring the French Riviera. We enjoyed easy day trips to both Monaco and Saint-Tropez, and the train station was just a short walk away, making travel along the coast incredibly convenient.The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured. It was spacious, comfortable, and made coming “home” each evening a pleasure after long days of sightseeing.One of the highlights of our trip was being in Cannes for the spectacular fireworks festival. We were able to walk to the waterfront in minutes and enjoy the incredible displays without worrying about transportation or parking.Everything we needed was within about a half mile—wonderful restaurants, cafés, shopping, the beach, the Croisette, the harbor, and the charming streets of central Cannes. All in all, we could not have wished for a better villa for our work team to stay at during the Cannes Yacht Festival 2025. Tanay414 days agoWe had a fantastic stay at Claire’s place in Cannes!We were a large family of 12, and the apartment was still spacious and comfortable for all of us together ...and more than enough bathrooms to make things easy.The location couldn’t have been better— such a vibrant street, everything is literally a 5-10 minute walk away- beach, cafes, restaurants, shopping, train station! Having a supermarket almost next door was incredibly convenient, especially for a family of our size! This review wont be complete without mentioning Claire's amazing sense of design , the apartment was incredibly well done and felt so stylish AND amazingly well stocked with everything that we needed or could think of! Valerie502 days agoClaire’s villa was absolutely amazing and spacious for our large family. We loved the multiple rooms and bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Bilkan747 days ago6 bedroom modern and well-decorated house with each bedroom having its ensuite bathroom. Everything is modern / renovated; bathrooms were all modern with gorgeous walk-in showers. Kitchen had all the amenities one could ask for - it even came with an automatic espresso machine.The house had AC on each floor where one could fine-tune the temperature in the house - super handy in the summer heat.The location is phenomenal, right on Rue Meynadier in the heart of Cannes and a few minutes walking distance to Marche Forville, Rue Antibes, the old town, the beach, the Croisette and more. Could not have asked for a better location.Even though the house is on Rue Meynadier, it is super private as it is recessed and is accessible only via a private passageway.Could not recommend this house enough for an exciting and fun stay in Cannes.Publié sur Airbnb

Rima QUINART1029 days agoJ'ai loué cette très grande villa pour un salon professionnel à Cannes, nous étions 10 collègues, tous ravis de d'avoir eu la chance de trouver cette perle, je vous la recommande sans hésitations. Nous étions accueilli avec le sourire et la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui parle plusieurs langues, du champagne de très grand qualité présent dans le frigo, les 6 chambres aménagées avec goût étaient super propres chacune avec sa salle bains (c'est très rare),belle cuisine très bien équipée avec un grand frigo, très grande terrasse dans le calme absolu (c'était encore un point important pour notre travail)sans oublier l'emplacement plein centre de Cannes tout près de notre salon, bref nous avons senti comme chez nous et très heureux. je souhaite remercier la propriétaire.Publié sur Booking

Alice L.1480 days agoJ'ai réservé cette villa pour des vacances d'une semaine avec 5 couples d'adultes et 2 enfants et j'en suis très satisfaite: - villa très bien équipée (cuisine facile d'utilisation avec souvent des ustensiles et couverts de marque) - villa très bien située (à 2 min du parking Meynadier; à 4 min de la plage et du Palais des festivals; beaucoup de commerces sur la rue Meynadier; à 3 min se trouve un marché) - très grand espace pour accueillir 12 personnes et très pratique avec 6 chambres (literie haut de gamme) et 6 salles de bains (gel douche, shampoing, coton fournis) - très grand salon où peuvent se retrouver les locataires pour déjeuner - patio très sympathique à l'entrée Les propriétaires sont très aimables et joignables rapidement pour toutes questions ou problèmes lors du séjour. La villa est très discrète car elle se situe au fond d'une cour, ce qui nous évite le bruit des voitures et des passants. The Villa had a well equipped kitchen with all the tools we needed to make delicious home cooked meals. The beds were all comfortable and each room had it's own en suite bathroom. The living room was enjoyable with an outdoor living area which we was very nice to lounge in during the evenings. Our host, Claire was a pleasure to interact with. She responded quickly to any request and was extremely polite and professional. We could not ask for more from a host or property than Claire with Villa Terra. An oasis of calm in the heart of the city. A beautiful, comfortable villa with an incredibly well equipped kitchen. Two outside seating areas allowing guests to seek or avoid the sun as preferred. Claire was a perfect host, responding to queries and accommodating changes. We would happily book again next time we are in Cannes.

We have been booking this villa since the last 3 years and we and our staffs are extremely happy with it. The villa is very clean, big, a lot of natural light, kitchen fully equipped, all kind of shops are nearby & walking distance to the sea, bus stop. Wonderful villa, perfect location, and well-designed villa for us being 10 guests. Very clean and spacious. The host manage both the villa and the rental very professional. Helpful, correct, and easy communication. All agreements are respected, return of damage deposit the day after leaving et cetera. We’re already looking forward to our third rental and stay at the villa. Highly recommended.
